Job Overview:
A leading mobile solutions company is seeking a seasoned Software Developer to join their team. You will be part of agile development and responsible for all deployment functions and assist with the development of software applications. The ideal candidate should have a working experience in building CI / CD pipelines to ensure efficient and effective code releases and be proficient in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, SQL server, Git and GitHub and JavaScript.
The .NET developer will report to the Business Solutions Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET as well as other technologies such as Blazor, JavaScript and Microsoft Azure
- Work closely with the development manager, team lead, product owner and business analyst to formulate software solution ideas to solve customer needs
- Write technical documentation when required
- Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancement of existing software features
- Assist in ensuring high performance, always online and scalability of the systems
- Ensure a high standard of coding and application design
- Improve and enhance the existing build and release management process by focusing on CI / CD best practices to ensure an agile approach to delivery
- Continuously keep up to date with the latest DevOps tools and techniques
- Automate and improve development and release cycles
- Plan and estimate development efforts
Requirements:
- NET 4.5 Framework and .NET 8.0
- Entity Framework
- Understand object-oriented programming (OOP)
- React/Vue (Advantageous)
- HTML5/Typescript/JavaScript/CSS3
- C#
- Experience with building or maintaining Windows Services.
- SOLID principals.
- Experience with database design and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server).
- Experience RESTful API.
- 3+ years industry as .NET Developer
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar (Must have)
